Terry is co-inventor of the Peloton Process and an entrepreneurial leader with over 40 years international experience gained working within the resources sector in Australia, Asia, and Europe. With a passion for ESG, being able to take the Peloton Process into fullscale production would be the fulfilment of a long help dream.

David is the co-founder of Peloton and co-inventor of the Peloton Process, with 20 years’ experience in project delivery within the mining and resources sector.  David’s expertise extends to all phases of project lifecycle management and has previously held key roles as client representative, engineering manager, project and study manager for large-scale projects and Tier 1 mining operators.  His extensive experience includes the management of Prefeasibility , Definitive Feasibility  and Bankable Feasibility Studies , engineering and detailed design, project management, procurement and project execution, within greenfield and brownfield environments across a range of commodities.

Richard is a co-inventor of the Peloton Process and a very experienced industrial chemist.  His experience includes over 15 years in the UK chemical, Industrial & Environmental Science sectors, covering a broad range of processes, specialised instrumentation and project management skills.

This includes roles as Technical Manager at LSN Diffusion, a global atomized metal powder producer, Industrial Chemist at Gower Chemicals, a bulk acid and chemical blending facility, and NPI Quality Engineer at KSR International, an automotive company spanning four continents and supplying the tier 1 sector.

Craig is a senior lawyer and one of the original partners of the Mills Oakley Perth office. Craig has been involved with the Peloton journey for many years and brings significant strategy development, legal, risk analysis and mitigation, commercial and governance experience to the Team.

Drawing on 25 years’ experience in legal practice, Craig’s practice involves on dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration and other ADR services. He advises on risk minimisation both in contract negotiation and during performance of commercial contracts.

Craig provides private sector corporates and sectors within governments with practical advice on risk issues across broad cross-section of transactions.

Craig has previously been a director of a Mineral Resources subsidiary which focused on the development of new technology for use is the mining and transport industries.

John is a CPA qualified financial and commercial leader with over 20 years’ experience across the mining value chain from exploration and funding, project development, construction and operations through to industrial marketing.

This experience spans multiple commodities (iron ore, gold, base metals, industrial minerals) and jurisdictions (Australia, China, Singapore, Ghana and South Africa) within both corporate and operationally based teams.

John has held senior roles at Rio Tinto, CPB Contractors, BGC Contracting, Auctus Resources and BCI Minerals and led consulting engagements with BHP, Anglo Gold Ashanti and Cliffs Natural Resources.

Jim has over 30 years’ experience in the rapid development of resources projects from exploration through to commissioning and operations.

He has led multi-disciplinary teams for both public and private equity backed companies, and has provided operational support in Project Acquisition, JORC reporting, Bankable Feasibility Studies and Project Divestment.

Jim is also a Registered Site Senior Executive under the QLD Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health Act, with extensive experience in developing and managing the statutory and legislative requirements of Safety and Health Management systems.
